As long as you manage expectations of pain relief from something that does not provide a prescription, this cream works well. Rub it on my Dad's 93 yr old feet. He has very poor circulation and the scent and warmth created from the rubbing and lotion give him some relief....also used it on my own shoulders.....felt better than other OTC creams.

Best stuff! It's as powerful as namebrand muscle creams with a nicer smell and more even coating possible. It's more like a cream than a lotion which really helps with pains. I get migraines which involve cramping and pains and knots from my head to mid back. This helps so much to relieve that tension and help fight the migraine.

The best pain relieving cream on the market. I've used it in my lower back for five or six years. I recommend it to everyone. Smells like a spa. It also works great on your scalp. Mix a little into your conditioner, rub it into your scalp and rinse well making sure you don't get it in your eyes. It makes your scalp feel incredible.
