Victoria's Secret Eau so Sexy Eau de Parfum Rollerball

This smells nothing like it should, received this few days ago and just found out cannot return it! Very frustrated and feel ripped off.. if I would have it is not returnable, would never have ordered!

The perfume roller was empty and filled with some kind of oil, smelled gross, and package was damaged. Don’t waste your money!
