Smashin' Greens Superfood Blend

Let me state unequivocally that the Smashin’ Greens works! I completed the 10-day juice fast and I started to see a difference on the scale the next day (and it wasn’t water weight). I did three shakes per day, half my weight in water, incorporated a minimal half hour of walking per day, and had green tea before bed.The only thing I want to caution people on is the taste. There is a slight hint of vanilla on the first sip but then it transitions to a taste of how fresh cut grass smells. I enjoy the smell of fresh cut grass but not the taste. I also like vegetables but the taste of the shakes can be jarring.I HIGHLY recommend the Strike Force Energy Drink Mix. I bought the grape flavor and it masked the smell and taste of the shakes enough to drink. Again, the Greens work but the taste might be off-putting to some without some flavoring.

I lost 15 lbs in 2 weeks by just using this product for breakfast and lunch and eating a decent dinner every day for 2 weeks.. not stopping now!!!

By far the best superfood blend there is in the marketI used it as my main supplementation to my diet since is so hard sometimes to ingest all the right greens into my diet.As a professional athlete I believe this superfood blend has been a great add to my training and preparation for big tournaments

One of the best tasting green juices that I’ve tried. If you want to change up the flavor you can add a shot of sweet tea Mio or fruit punch Mio. But I can drink it as it is. This definitely leaving you feeling full.

I've used Greens for weight loss and health benefits many times over the years before with great success, haven't ordered on Amazon though. I ordered from Amazon in hopes it would be at my doorstep quicker. The Greens arrived quickly but was disappointed to see the seal half way open and the Greens powder all over the bottle. All in all it could be one bad apple that I was unlucky to receive so I sent it back and got a replacement fast in a couple days! Highly recommend the product to anyone thinking about trying it! Works like a charm and the fulfillment was awesome despite the issue with the first bottle.

While I think this may have the most disgusting taste of anything g I’ve ever had, I gave it a 5 because it works! I am way over weight, and this will get my diet started and the pounds come off.

In less then a month I lost 22 lbs & 4” off my waist. 1 scoop with 20 oz of water at 9 am and another scoop at 9 pm don’t eat just that. If you get hungry drink a pot of water. This will send the signal to the brain the stomach is full. It’s worth the sacrifice. If you hit a plateau for three or more days eat one light meal for a week then return to the greens only. It works
