I ordered this urn for my Dad. It is exactly what I was looking for. It arrived on time and it is beautiful. He would have loved it.

This product was subpar to what was advertised.
They advertise as giving you an option for a nameplate. Yet the name plate is not sent in the font you choose. Nor is it a nameplate. It is a sticker that will not stick to the urn. It was falling off immediately after we picked up the earn. The product is not as sturdy as they portray it to be and also it was several days late on arrival. The last thing you want is the funeral home calling to see if your gonna bring the urn in, when it hasn't arrived. Also, I bought in oregon and shipped to California, as that's where my dad died, but was charged tax. As an oregon resident that should not gave happened.
