Great budget light. Very compact.
Ok so this light works really well, easy to mount and love that it’s rechargeable. I used this on my Glock 17 and ultimately traded it out for a TLR-1, which was significantly brighter. That said, i really liked the size of this light and given the price it performed really well. It’s not the best thing you can buy for your gun, but it’s a great deal and well built. Now i have it on a Glock replica BB gun i use to find and scare off coyotes from my property because they are a danger to my dogs, and it works well for that. I wish they sold the charger separately because mine was misplaced but that’s on me. But at this price, i may just buy another. If your looking for real in the field tactical function, it’s not top tier, but it’ll definitely do the job if you want to see where you’re shooting.

Excellent Budget Light.
The model i picked up was the High Illumination version for my Full Sized Glock 17, which is supposedly denoted by it's non-chamfered leading edge. My first impression is that it was smaller than i expected, this is on me as i missed several clues to it's size and the words 'Sub Compact' in the title. that is on me. However, it's rather slim and small size are surprisingly well fitting to the full sized Glock. In addition to that, I was also surprised by how light it was. Mine weighed in at 56g, resulting a negligible perceived weight increase.Installation is relatively self explanatory, though the rail clamp uses 2 allen screws instead of the customary 1. In regards to the rail, this light does not have a QD in place. This is fine, as it's not at all complex, and prefer to just have it on and leave it on. I'm not a person that's going to be needing to move it from gun to gun. if your gun is like mine, and has a single rail slot, then the light offers you two positions with which to install the light. With the light in it's original configuration (as shown in the supplied pictures) will seat the light back up against the trigger the guard, however if you use the secondary hole for the rail clamp, the entire light will sit a 1/4th of an inch forward. This is useful if your fingers or hand have a much longer reach and you want or need some adjustment, but normally wouldn't be able to do so.As for ergonomics, I find that well designed. The push button switches are ambidextrous, and straddle the trigger guard when butted up completely. This allows a thumbs forward hand position to easily hit the buttons with the trigger finger or the support hand's thumb with little to no effort. The only thing that is not Ambidextrous is the light mode button (Called the master switch) which is located on the right side of the light. When changing the mode, you have the hold the button for roughly 2 seconds which is not easily done with the trigger finger, and then to -at least in my case- in order to activate you have to double press that button, which once again is not all that easy as the leverage for your trigger finger is not making it a quick switch. All in all, pick a mode and stick with it. In a future iteration of this light, i would hope they would make all of the controls ambidextrous, or some how move the strobe selection to push button switches. For miscellaneous things: the Magnetic charging port is brilliant, and they have it magnetic poles index properly that it will not attach backwards. The charge indication is intuitive, and the light really does feel like it's 450 lumens.I did not give the light a rating for durability because i haven't had it long enough to test it's durability. Once again, this is partially on me as i did not realize that the light was constructed almost completely of plastic, not ABS mind you, but right there in the description is that it's Fiber reinforced nylon. So incase you missed it in the description here it is reiterated. The light housing is polymer based; which is fine if you have a gun that has a polymer frame, it'll fit it's aesthetic. The Light Lens however is glass, so that is good and shouldn't suffer from yellowing over time. Whilst a Polymer light housing -if surprising- doesn't bother me in particular, I am somewhat skeptical on the durability of the rail clamp, since the adjustment side of the rail clamp is also plastic. This may pose a problem for those of you out there who have the penchant to overtorque thing down to get them into that semi-permanent locked state. Whilst i cannot say it'll break, if the adjustment side clamp was made of aluminum I'd feel better about it.As with most things, this review is from my perspective and experience with the product. Opinions may vary, experience is subjective. I thought as a budget light, i got a good product, so far it performs exactly as it's supposed to. Though i have some misgivings, none of these misgivings are anywhere near enough to persuade me that it was poor buy. As of writing this review, i would recommend this light to anyone who wanted a light but was on the fence about having equipment on their pistol and wanted to test the waters.

confusing to mount
It was kinda confusing to mount the flash light on my airsoft pistol, but then after like 20 mins of trying to figure out how to mount this damn flash light on my baba yaga hi capa, and then i figured it out in my head how to do it.Just simply remove the two screws in the flash light with the allen wrench ( comes with the flash light ) then when thats done all you have to do is take off the little piece that comes off when you unscrew the two screws. Then put the flash light on your airsoft pistol without the little piece that came off the flash light ! Dont Screw in the Screws yet ! so then once you put the flash light on the pistol, you're going to grab one of the screws & the little piece, and then put the screw into the first hole near the front of the flash light lens, then line up the screw with the picatinny rail, where the little space between each slot of the picatinny rail is.Then you're going want to hand screw the screw into the other side of the hole on the flash light, then once you've cant screw it with your hand then thats where the allen wrench comes in & help out, so then screw the screw in with allen wrench, not too tight just tight enough where the flash light doesnt move as much, when you didnt have the screw in.So then once you've got screw in the flash light & the flash light barely moves, you're going to want to grab the last screw and screw it in the other hole thats near the on/off button, and basically just do the same thing with the first screw & there ya go you've mounted the flash light on your difficult picatinny rail like mines, i hope ;/But i really hoped if this helped you to mount the flash light on your pistol rail, ik it may be difficult because their wasn't any video/ picture of how to mount it, but i tried my best to explain it in sentences, because when i looked up on how to mount this flashlight on the rail, i did not find a single video that refers on how to mount this flash light on a pistol rail, so yeah sorry if this didnt help, and you're welcome if this did help :)
