"Completely Waterproof" is a stretch. Completely means completely. Complete exposure to water is immersion. IPx7 or better. This product is labeled as IP01, which means no protection from dust or objects and the only water it can handle is drips. If you're going to claim completely waterproof, I'd expect at least IP67 and ideally IPx6 (powerful water jets) as well.
