Great for travel on airplaneHowever The handles that the rubber bands are attached to our very rough and they chafe my hands. Hopefully the manufacturer will find a way to coat the handles so that when my hands are in them they do not cheat or hurt my hands. Otherwise it is an excellent product.

I have been using it for a why now. My last set didn’t have resistance labeled on themso I really like this detail on these bands. Quality is way better than my last set as well. Comes with a bag for each storage. Awesome bands.

Complete portable workout kit with various attachments and resistances, they are absolutely wonderful! Using it the right way I felt my muscles being worked on. Inexpensive home gym kit which you can carry along when travelling! It comes with instructions on how to use it for different workouts which helps a lot.

This resistence bands are of good quality and have adequate elasticity. For those of us who dont have time to go to the gym, this product undoubtedly provides us with convenience. Just hang it up at home or somewhere else to get some exercise. I must emphasize the foam hand shank of the resistence bands. I have bought other resistence bands, but no one is so soft and comfortable as the foam hand shank of this product.

My wife like so much the resistance bands for working out, It helps with her arms and wrist. The band are very easy to use, these are so light good quality material that are easily to put away and take out for another use.

They are adjustable and their versatility allows for them to be used to complete a large variety of exercises. Everything from curls, chest presses, toes, and even squats. The major determining factor for me was being able to adjust the weight up to 150lbs. Not only that but it comes with ankle bands and a block that allows you to attach to your doorway to get even more exercises. They even include a pouch if you want to take them with you on the go! Honestly this has been an excellent buy and I can’t recommend it enough!

The bands are of decent quality; however, the space between the webbing and the grip on the handles is too small. Your knuckles will get abraded by the webbing if you have large hands. I had to purchase a separate set of iRibit handles that have much more space, and a more durable rubber grip versus the neoprene. See attached photo.

This was a nice product for beginner but I really need a heavier weight I wish I had bought the set for men or it seemed like it was for men it was that a lot more weight on each I resistant bands I thought it was a bit heavy so I didn't get them but when I need to replace them I will get the heavier set I am not a novice.
