Wonderful customer service
I really love this cabinet. I docked one star because the one I received has a blemish in the wood. That plus the price were a tad disappointing. Not so disappointing for me to feel like going through the hassle of boxing it up at 7 months pregnant to send it back, mind you, and I love everything else about it, which is why I still give it 4 stars. I did not receive the hanging hardware with my package. Or at least I don't believe I did. There were a LOT of packing peanuts, so I guess it is possible it was lost among them, but I could not locate it, so I contacted the seller, and they were super friendly and immediately sent me new hardware. Oh, and I nearly forgot to mention that they sent a cute little gift along with the original box! The seller was great and I definitely recommend this product.

Poor Quality Cabinet!
Very disappointed in the quality of the cabinet - there were a couple of blemishes inside the cabinet and the paint started to flake off the bottom and side of door as we were installing it. We had already put large holes in the wall and we're halfway done when the paint began flaking off the bottom. The door is not flush with the cabinet leaving a gap and the cardboard backing to the picture frame door does not fit, making it hard to replace pictures. Ended up having to cut the cardboard a little so it would fit in the frame better. The hardware was very cheap! The shelf brackets in the cabinet kept falling out or spinning, as I was changing the shelf height. We ended up having to use our own wood screws since the ones sent were not long enough to anchor to the wall. Directions and hardware to install was not included in the package, so I had to wait an extra 2 weeks before we could install it.

poor quality, not worth the money
wish we hadn't bought this. reached the point of no return in installing it or we would have returned it. poorly designed, such that there's a significant gap between the back where the screws emerge and where they will actually enter your wall. to make up for this and make sure that it stays secure, required drilling some dismayingly large anchoring holes in our walls. if we'd had it to do over, would have returned this unit before drilling the holes; not worth it.materials are cheap, overall put together shoddily. does NOT look like it should cost $200. $50 ok. save yourself the expense and grief.

The perfect solution for our nursery
We spent quite a bit of time decorating our nursery. We wanted it to be PERFECT!!! The one thing that we couldn't quite figure out was how to store all of the diapers and supplies without taking up an entire drawer or leaving things out on a counter - and we don't like clutter! :)Our problem was solved when we found the Windel. This is a simple, yet genius idea. Not only does it allow us to easily access all of our daughter's diapering supplies, but we printed out a great 16x20 picture of our daughter to put in the frame and the Windel looks like a piece of art in the nursery.It was an absolute cinch to install (took about 5 minutes) and is made out of high quality materials.To top things off, the experience working with Sarah, who helped me with ordering and shipping, was superb. She's amazingly sweet and accommodating.I've posted two pictures of how the Windel looks in our nursery.I'd recommend this product HANDS DOWN!!

I know where my wipes are now!!
by far the most useful , practical piece of furniture I have ever bought for my little ones. I like the fact that was super easy to install and I can customize it any way I want. until I get a picture of my kids in that size I decided to put an art print in the cabinet to go along with my home decor. after I put my wipes and diaps in the cabinet, I decided to make it s baby only cabinet by putting everything in my medicine cabinet baby related into the windel. now when my wife and other children all the age old question.."hey have you seen the.." I cut them off right there and say" check the cabinet" . this is definitely a piece I have already reccomended to all my friends with kids. (which is a lot)thinking about buying a couple more for around the house to help me organize the rest of my junk in there.thanks again up-scale mom!!
