Well just showed up while packaging was ok the hardware is matte black and the sink is dark gray. Luckily we don’t hate it and have dark gray in the decor. Would’ve preferred the black though 😕 update love the product so far. Yes installing plumbing was hard but someone who knows what they’re doing will know to buy ptrap parts that fit your plumbing correctly.

I used these sinks in a parade of homes show, their won the award for best sink!!! They are very sleek and modern, added some flair to the bathroom! (I did pair it with a different faucet.)

I liked everything about this save for the installation instructions. 2 things. First, the instructions do not explain where the teflon tape should be used.....it needs to be on the small threads that go into the bottom of the faucet assembly. Second, the "O" rings are more delicate than they should be so use vasalene around them when installing. One of mine leaked until the manufacture gave me the trick. The response was fast and GREAT. I would do business with these folks anytime. Great price and a great product....but need better installation instructions.

Love the sink the faucet looks great but the mounting base is thin and weak metal don't look like it well last still a good deal for the price but would suggest getting a vessel faucet with a pipe mount base rather then a thin pot metal screw mount

I love this sink. It is really nice and pretty. If you have rubbed bronze fixture in your bathroom, this really ties everything together nicely. It’s kinda squatty so the water doesn’t come at your from the front like so many vessels sinks do. Just turn the water pressure down a little under the sink and viola! Instant update!

The sink is gorgeous and the price was amazing. We have a tiny house and were struggling to figure out how to accommodate out cat's box when we decided to use a bowl style sink so we could raise the counter to give out cat room under it. I wanted matte black as that is our main accent color but thought we would have to wait ages to afford what I was looking for. When I found this item I was super excited because it was comparable in price to the faucet alone. Everyone raves about it and the only down side is that I have to be mindful of wiping it out to prevent spots.

This was the second vessel sink I put into my home. I hesitated because I wasn't sure I could do it. This is in a manufactured home and plumbing can be difficult at times. Took a few snapshots of the plumbing and my local hardware store got me what I needed. I did have a leak but it wasn't the sink, but a connection from the home. My grandson loves this as do I. I would buy it again.

Came with stripped hose connections and leaking under parts that needed sealing. Not worth the high price unless that is fixed. The bowl is good quality heavier than expected, but the attachments are cheaply made. It would be great if they would reply and send me a replacement part for the hot water hose. The cold one works fine but in the other, the threading is stripped. Even with caulk and the tape they include it would not work, hardware store doesn't carry the part to replace. I had to go to the hardware store about 5 times for parts installing what should have been an easy sink for around $100.
