Premium 7" Page Magnifier Fresnel Lens For Reading

I bought this for some senior citizens at a local nursing home, and they obsessed over them. I had to buy more since everyone wanted one. Easy for them to carry around and did a fantastic job of enlarging text. They loved it!

I bought it for my wife to use in her Bible reading. Works well!

The magnifier must be held up off of the page, not resting on it. If you raise or lower it from just the right spot, the mortification changes. It's difficult to hold it at just the right distance for extended periods of time, so this is great for reading labels or fine print on an item, but not for reading books.

I bought this so I could read a book I received at Christmas that has very small print. Unfortunately, it is not ideally suited to that purpose. It is awkward to hold the book in one hand and the magnifier steady in the other for any length of time. Also, I find that no matter where the reading light is placed, the magnifier sheet casts both a shadow over the page being read and a concentrated light point somewhere on the page, which is very distracting. That said, it does indeed magnify and make small print readable. I think it is a much more practical tool for quick reading jobs like directions, medicine bottles, recipes, that sort of thing. It's not useless, neither is it what I hoped it would be.After trying to use this I finally got fed up with it and decided it IS indeed useless. I tossed it.

This product was an expensive and exactly as described!

Not great magnification. You get what you pay for!

Bought this so my dad could read his Christmas gift. The text is quite small on the New York Times Custom Sports Book, this helps see it. Great for the price. Rated 4/5 because you have to hold it away from the book, so it gets tiring.

Perfect size, even use it as a bookmarker! I can see finally!
