Just what I needed
I am making a t-shirt quilt from my late brother's t shirts and this ruler helps keep the cutting accurate.

NICE FOR STRIPS
It works ok but if you need anything other than 1 or 1 1/2 inch strips it's hard to measure 1/4 inch of anything. I'm returning.

Fast and accurate
I just received my ruler after rave reviews for a competitor's more expensive version from one of my quilt shops. I couldn't bring myself to spend $59.00 for a ruler so I took a chance with this one. It is great, fast, accurate, easy to use, doesn't slide at all, cuts 6 layers easily. I've never been a traditional quilter because no matter how careful I was was the pieces were never uniform and it was boring and time consuming to cut hundreds of the same pieces. It's actually fun now.

Worth the Rating
This ruler is very useful. My fabric cut come out perfect. I making a quilt and had to cut a lot of pieces and guest what it came out perfect (the cutting) using the cutting ruler. Very easy to use less time measuring and making sure the ruler is straight on the fabric. All sewers this a sewing saver.
