This is a cool new tool and I wasn’t sure if it would work. But it did! The spiral head is a soft plastic and you can’t push it too deep because of the shape and so you just kind of push it in and twist to the right. I twisted it for about 45 seconds and it had collected the wax at the base of the spiral. Super easy! This package also came with a bunch of extra heads but you can also wash them with soap and water and re-use a couple times. I like this tool so much better than those messy drops or those ear candles that I’m always worried will fall over (and probably more of a joke). I give this tool all the stars!

I was so excited to get this tool, as I have been hearing some really great reviews about it. The handle was grippy, and really comfortable in my hand, but that is really the only positive thing I could find out of this. I did not remove earwax nearly if at all. The wax stayed stuck to the silicone spiral head, and would not come off even when running under warm water. In addition, although it is not professionally recommended, removing your wax with the back rounded end of a bobby pin works 1000 times better then tested. I would not recommend spending any money on this product. For my family, it was a waste of money. Very disappointed.

Bought it for my mom, she don't wanna use any more her Q-Tips after use this tool.She told me it's very soft , it's very comfortable for her, and can wash it and reusable , means it is eco-friendly product, she like it so much. Thanks the seller provide this great product,thanks give me the chance to love my mom.

The tip was very soft and easy to use. However, either my ear is very clean or the tip is not deep enough, there was no wax on either ear LOL.The price was not so bad so it was easy to try.I have decided to return the item since it does not seem to work for what was designed. Would be willing to try again in the future since the concept makes sense, but this implementation did not work.

These are so much better than q-tips. They’re easy to use, durable, and get loads of earwax out. I LOVE them!! Will purchase again!

Just received and will return!! So looked forward to this helping me. I wanted to avoid a trip to Urgent Care and so I thought I'd try this. I've always had problems with ear wax, to the point that as I've gotten older it interfered with my hearing. Admittedly, I was a habitual user of ear swabs all my life. I've always used Debrox, but now even that is no longer useful. Then trips to my HCP to irrigate my ears. Finally, I discovered that the Urgent Care providers did a MUCH better job of cleaning my ear. I was also told that my canal in the right ear was smaller, which perhaps explains why THIS ear lends itself to becoming ' clogged' so easily. And, perhaps that's why this device did not work for me. I don't know. Considering the tips are so soft and pliable, I was quite hopeful, but it was not meant to be.

My son and I both have very bad ear issues & need to be cleaned often. We have used everything from Q-tips to a ear tool with a light on the end of it. Both of those options are not the best for anyone. I saw this and thought why not try it? It has to be cheaper and easier than going to the doctors. It has been a life save and wonderful to use. It doesn't hurt or go to deep. It gets most of the ear wax that is visible which is great for us and our hearing issues. I would recommend this to anyone who has bad ear wax problems especially those who have children with the problem. It looks cool, feels neat (from what my son stated) & more comfortable.

First ever intermittent and ongoing plugged ears over the past couple of months. Was so looking forward to this tool. First time use, on one ear, got something out, not much. Second ear , got nothing out and now it's starting to feel some serious pressure and hurt. On both sides, it felt like I was pushing 'gunk' deeper into the ear canal versus pulling it out. Combined muffled hearing is exponentially worse than before I touched this product. All this talk of better than Q Tips - I've never used Q Tips nor have family who have. So that conversation is mute to me but this product is a huge disappointment and may take a Doctor's visit to remedy - unwelcome in these Pandemic times. In my naivete I might call this product dangerous from my personal experience.
