Love the look and they are sturdy.
I like the size of these. Plenty of pages, a little sturdier and heftier than regular composition books, with a twist. I have ordered multiple times.

Beautiful notebooks
I love Decomposition Notebooks. They are beautiful and sturdy with a very good binding and heavy pages. I find them to be the perfect size and they fit nicely into a bag.

Love this Pegasus journal cover
I have purchase Decomposition journals previously, its hard to find novelty composition books with college ruled lines. The selling point to me besides the cover art (they have great artworks on their journals) is that its made from recycled paper. Its good quality recycled paper, as its not the type that has discoloration/textured that can affect writing with an inky pen. The paper is great for inky pens (no bleed through on pages or smearing), pencils, gel pens, ball points and the covers are sturdy. I hope they also do a Pegasus spiral notebook, but will make do with the very cute cat astronauts notebook in the mean time. Highly recommend buying from this stationary company, its nice to see some products made from recycled goods that are high quality.

Love these books
Beautiful cover design! Seen other reviews saying the edge bit on the spine frays, this has happened to me on previous decomposition books but it's never actually meant that the pages are falling out or that the book loses its strength. Worth it!

Great concept. Slight problem with the binding.
The art on the notebook is lovely as is the concept of using recycled material and no harsh chemicals to bind the pages. The pages themselves are also not too thin which is a plus for all pen users (like me) who get frustrated when the ink leaks through the paper, making it hard to read when writing on the front and back of a sheet. The one I got however, was badly glued in the front. I understand that, as I mentioned, no harsh, chemical-laden adhesive is used, but the back holds perfectly together. Only the front has a problem, leading me to assume that this notebook I received is defective. I get (and find it cute) that the brand name plays on the idea of the easy decomposition of recycled material, but I fear mine is unfortunately literally decomposing.

Love this Decomposition Book
This decomposition book is fabulous. I write a lot and these are the only writing books/journals that I use. They do cost more than regular composition books, however the 100% post-consumer-waste recycled pages make the extra cost well worth it. They are printed with Soy Ink and best of all, made in the USA. The fun bonus are the graphics on the inside of both the front and back cover!

Great Notebook
This item arrived exactly as described. Very sturdy, and neatly lined pages. I can't wait to use this for my upcoming mythology class. A bit pricey, however I think most items similar to this currently on the market are around the same price, so it's truly worth it for the quality.

Great products, great customer service!
I have long admired sustainable companies of all sorts, and decomposition notebooks are another example of common commodities done better! The notebooks are your standard affair (though the designs are anything but!), and durable so far as I can attest. I ran into a bit of shipping trouble and had to contact the seller, however, this mishap was shortly rectified, and the contact was swift and efficient! Fantastic!
