Excellent Alternative to Bed Skirt
My bed skirt looked like the before photo in the product listing, it now looks like the after! Best invention!! I have a wrought iron headboard that I do not want to replace, hated the bed skirt but could not find anything to replace it until I saw this. Very easy to install, we did remove mattress in order to get old bed skirt off, took about 5 min to install. Got lucky and got it on sale for $104 on Prime Day.

This is awesome, surpasses expectations
Usually things like this don't look like the advertisement. This is better! I have a tall bedframe that is just metal, meant for just a mattress, no boxspring. So you could really see the long metal legs. This was easy to install with 2 people. It looks so nice, really elevated the look of the bedding. Can't recommend enough!

Metal platform bedframe + king pillowtop mattress review
PROS: clean lines, zero wrinkles, sturdy constructionCONS: loss of easy underbed access, takes a lot of work to install, bunched cornersI have a SUPER heavy King pillowtop mattress that has absolutely destroyed Every. Single. Bedskirt. I have purchased. It's EXTREMELY difficult to lift the mattress, and it's on one of those cheapo metal platform bedframes, which has rounded slippery corners.I have tried ALL the other bedskirts. Due to the rounded corners, an elastic bedskirt was a complete failure. The kind with snap on clips? The clips broke almost immediately. So I had this in my cart for MONTHS but just couldn't justify the cost...until Prime Day arrived! I figured it was worth a try for a hundred buckaroos. The inner material is not cardboard, as some have described. It appears to be a bamboo-type mat (see pic). It's definitely not unbreakable, but it is sturdier than expected.Installation takes some time. There are two thick, sturdy nylon straps that connect across the head of the bed (as some have noted, the clips were sewn on backwards on one strap, but since you can't see it it's really not a big deal). If you have a really heavy bed like mine, get ready to do a big shimmy between the wall and the headboard. There's also diagonal corner straps. If these are too tight, it will pull up on the sides and this this part took a LOT of small adjustments (with my hands scrunched under the super heavy mattress- I recommend propping up the corner of the mattress for this part). Unfortunately there are no actual corners, so there will be extra material bunching at the corners. Due to my mattress/bedframe configuration, the extra material is visible, but once the bed is made it's not very visible.Overall, it does seem like this will hold up much better/longer than any others I have tried, so I will keep it! But also, I don't have the energy to take it down bc I'm tired now 🤣

Cat Cannot Hide Under My Bed
My cat recently developed two completely separate medical conditions that, taken together, created all the symptoms of kidney failure. Anyone who has experienced the loss of a pet would know that when they’re dying even the most domesticated of animals will retreat into hiding in an attempt to draw predators away from their loved ones. I spent nearly a week dragging Sadie out from under my bed before I was able to take her to the vet (didn’t want to rush to the animal hospital because I fully expected a diagnosis of kidney failure and since Sadie did not yet appear to be fading away I wasn’t in a hurry to rush the end). Turns out Sadie is NOT dying . . . we got lucky. The whole experience still prompted my search for a “solid-style” bedskirt to keep Sadie out from under my bed. I certainly didn’t expect it to cost $150! - but didn’t hesitate over “Buy Now.” Concerned pet parents worldwide would do the same. This bedskirt works exactly as advertised and looks really good once in place. Installation went much faster than I expected and didn’t take more than 30 minutes. I folded the skirt into “hospital corners” and then used a couple strips of duck tape to keep the corners lying flat before buckling the corners. Manufacturer says this can’t be used with a headboard but that’s not true if certain conditions are met. The headboard cannot be wider than the bed frame and if the headboard attaches to the wall then the bed frame must detach from the headboard. That said, the depth of the headboard really doesn’t matter since the stripes and buckles are plenty long enough to just wrap around the headboard before shoving it back against the wall.Sadie hates it (sorry not sorry, Sadie). I call it a job well done.UPDATE: To this day I still don’t know how she managed it but Sadie DID manage to get under that bed again - once, while I was traveling for work and she was hiding from her nice visitor-friend who was still a Stranger Danger. I can only assume she managed to flatten herself into a kitty-pancake and squeeze underneath at of those spots where the skirt rises maybe 3/4 of an inch of the ground. There was more give there, too. I *fixed* it by tugging the underskirt out a bit - but it’s hard to say for sure whether the fix actually worked since she wasn’t motivated to hide after I got home. And the fix didn’t look great either since the seam was visible, but no one sees the difference without knowing to look.
