People are misinformed as to what 1 cup is.
There are several reviews of people upset saying that this barely makes one cup of coffee, which is an uninformed error on their part. This ibrik does make a perfect cup of Turkish Coffee for two people. An average coffee person probably thinks of one cup of coffee as 8 ounces. Turkish Coffee is like espresso in that the amount per 'cup' is much smaller since the coffee is so concentrated. This will make 6 ounces of coffee, which is two servings at 3 ounces per cup. That is the proper amount of Turkish coffee. Be sure to fill this ibrik with purified water up to the little bolts on the inside of the ibrik that hold the handle in place. The 6 ounce line is at up to the bottom of the bolts inside. That allows enough room for two spoonfuls of coffee.I've been using this ibrik for a while now and the construction is solid. I've had no issues whatsoever. I fully recomend this to anyone looking for an affordable, quality ibrik.

... Does Good.
Does better making 2 or more cups of coffee (not suggesting 1 cup). No issues (so far). I'm no expert but watched a good number of videos on YouTube (how to make Turkish coffee).

'Turska kava' in the great outdoors. Works great on small camp stove.
Classic Turkish coffee pot; the real deal at a very reasonable price. Artisan hammered copper with tin lining (no lead or aluminum). Just what I needed for my field kitchen. Works great on small camp stove; handle stays cool. Nothing better in the great outdoors than a strong 'Turska kava'.De oppresso liber.

but I need to be filling the cezve pretty full to make it leak
It certainly does the job.I did find that after a couple of dozen uses, one of the handle rivets developed a small leak, but I need to be filling the cezve pretty full to make it leak.A quick re-flow of the tin solder on the inside will fix that easily regardless.

I use this as a briki for Greek coffee. I've never owned one before but it appears to work as advertised and makes delicious coffee. Some small amount of water will leak out while heating. This is especially true if filled past where the handle is fastened. I am not sure if this is typical.

Metal handle gets far too hot
A metal handle is a bad idea as the heat is conducted right on up to burn your hand. I ended up buying one with a wooden handle that is much better.
