Nice shape, beautiful design, great size. The owner send instructions how to use the product. Looks like they take an effort to provide great customer service.

The coloring was later than expected. however it does state in the description that the color might be different because of the lighting during fog photography. Other than that, absolutely gorgeous! Wonderful detail. And of course it lives up to its functionality.

Handle solder dripped on third brew. it is extremely dangerous if a boiling pot handle falls off. beautiful, but extremely dangerous thing. If you don’t want to burn yourself with boiling water, don’t buy.

Great product. Bought it for my husband for New Years. He needed one. Great quality just as expected. We are using it over a month now daily and very happy. The only thing I should of bought a bigger size. Will be buying a larger one soon. Was shipped and received very fast.

I purchased this product in my quest to produce an authentic cup of Turkish coffee and I have to say I am not disappointed. There is one small problem with the wooden handle and by that I mean it's not properly fixed in the metal tube. There is a bit of wobble so I'm afraid at some point it might fall off. The wooden handle seems to have been forced in there as there are splinters where it meets the metal. That is the reason I am giving it 4 stars as I would've preferred it without the wobble. In terms of making the actual coffee in it, it came out perfect every time (especially when using real Turkish coffee powder) and it is really easy to clean. Slightly overpriced for its size but I can understand that due to the decorative nature of the product and where it came from. All in all, I recommend this if you're into making coffee in the traditional manner (much better than most of these new infernal machines manage to put out)

what can I say but good strong coffee. I have used decaf and regular even teccino and all work well. let set about 2-3 min is all and pore slow and get good clean coffee.kp

Beautiful, and seemingly well-made so far. I've used it twice, and have had no issues.
