Leg AvenueGirls Cozy Bat Costume

My son is almost 5 years old and he loves bats. I know this costume seems very feminine but it really is only the top part that you get, which is very cute, warm and best of all not sexy. I wouldn't dress my son OR daughter the way this little girl is dressed. If you omit the make up, fish net stockings and colored hair piece this is an adorable costume for any gender. My son will wear this with black pants and shoes.Anyway, the costume is well made and cozy. It fits tight around the arms so you'll want to use a tight fitting undershirt. I got a size medium because I wanted to be able to reuse the costume for as many seasons as possible. My son is almost 5 and of average height (by American standards) and this costume fits perfectly. I was hoping it would be too big. It is a bit long which is to be expected because I ordered a medium but the arms are just right and next year the arms will be short and the torso will be just right I'm guessing. It'll work fine for us, but I was surprised nonetheless.

My daughter loves this jacket. It was great on Halloween, cozy, comfy and she likes to wear it other places as well… only downside: it attracts dog hair…easily. Cleans well though!

My kids wanted the whole family to dress as bats this year and I originally selected these Leg Avenue costumes because they have this costume in both kid sizes and adult sizes all the way up to 4X to accommodate my husband. These costumes are terrific. As other reviewers mention, they are basically a hoodie so this may have been the easiest Halloween ever! They are long enough to cover the bum so my daughter and I wore leggings and my son and husband wore black sweatpants. The hoodies are really well made so my kids are just wearing them as super cute hoodies now. Win!

Exactly what other reviewers are saying: AWESOME! It's essentially a thick, warm hoodie, with padded ears that stick out well. My 6 year old daughter said she wanted to be a bat for halloween, and I came across this. She LOVES it! I'm hoping to find this in Adult size so I can wear one! (^ - ^) A+++(She's an average size 6, and got her a child's Medium. Arm length is good and the overall length comes past her bum. Hope that helps!)

Very cute, nice material, well made, definitely for cold Halloween nights. My only complaint is the sleeves are pretty short. My daughter is 7, slightly tall for her age, but not that much. I ordered a large (10/12) because I wanted her to be able to wear it beyond this year, but the sleeves don't come to her wrists. She didn't care, she loves it and will probably wear it everyday until she can no longer zip it up, but no way an 8 year old would be able to wear a large, let alone a 10 to 12 year old.

I purchased this costume back in 2019 and we are still using it in 2022. My daughter wore this 2019 and since it has been the best back up costume. It’s a warm hoodie with wings! When it’s colder or her princess costume is too itchy we always have the bat costume as an option. The outdoor party but it’s too cold! I’m so happy thrilled I purchased this. I’m saving by it for my son!

Ya lo había comprado hace 3 años y a mi hija le encantó. Lo usó para halloween y toda la temporada lo usaba de suéter. Esta foto es del primero que compré ahora ya tiene 9 años, complexión normal y le quedó muy bien.

Das Kostüm haben wir für unsere Tochter bestellt. Die Lieferung ging schnell und alles ist dabei gewesen. Das Kostüm passt einwandfrei. Es ist schön in der aufmache. Mit den kleinen Öhrchen ist die Optik sehr schön. Leider ist ja wie bei der Beschreibung keine Strumpfhose dabei, das wäre noch schön gewesen wenn eine passende Strumpfhose dabei wäre. Aber an sich sehr schön!

Cutest costume. Good quality.In fact, this is our second purchase.My daughter got this for Halloween when she was 6, wore it again at 7, then outgrew it... Asked me to order another one for this year... She's 8. Has already said she plans to wear it again next year too.She loves soft and cozy and warm clothes... So to her, this is perfect.
