podium mike
I was VER PLEASANTLY SURPRISED at the quality of this microphone. At the price I didn't have high expectations...shame on me. This was an outstanding dynamic microphone at a great price.

Excellent quality mic
With high impedance matching transformer works great! No one could match the quality for the price of this item.

Functions as advertised, bad odor
Great price. Does everything it claims to do. Quality is sound. Foul chemical odor comes from microphone section when used. Returned due to foul odor.

Outperforms price point.
Pleasantly surprised. Actually sounds good in a good set up (professional).

As a talk back mic - there is no better option. Even at twice the price.
As FOH engineer i often have to talk to on stage musicians, stream mixing engineer, and other various people on set. For 35 bucks - you will never be able to anything even remotely close to quality of this mic. YES, ITS NOT NEUMANN U87, I get it. But for 35 bucks, and when coupled with a hecy XLR base, this thing is magical. Voice is clear, noise is low. Does not need a ton of EQ. Add a bit of compression and talk away!

Great Value
Our church doesn't have a massive equipment budge (which church does?). So I decided to get one myself and at $25 I may get more than one :) Great value for what it is. Mic has its own on/off switch.

Has no amplification must be mouth to mic
The mic looks really nice, but, you literally have to have your mouth to the microphone in order for her to pick up the sound. There is no amplification at all whatsoever.
