You guys need to use it to believe it! At first, my teeth was super sensitive as it was my first time using a teeth whitening product. I had trays made from my dentist which is perfect! For those complaining it doesn’t come with trays, duhh? Of course it doesn’t! You need to have your custom trays made! It took me only three times to see a big difference! Been using this product since last year and since I’ve been taking care of my teeth lately, I switched to iced coffee with straw and I do not drink hot coffee in the morning after using this product the night before. You need to discipline yourself to achieve better results!

I can’t emphasize enough the value of using Subscribe & Save! Find 5 products you purchase regularly & set them up on S&S. You’ll save an additional 15%! I’ve shopped around for a few things that are cheaper on Amazon than at my local shops (laundry products, dog treats, coffee pods, etc). I set them up on varying time frames so I have 5 products coming pretty much every month. That 15% extra savings on top of already lower prices is really awesome!Now for the product review:I have bleaching trays my dentist made for me several years ago. I use the 14% strength gel because my teeth get very sensitive when I whiten them. I leave the trays in (careful not to overfill so my gums don’t get irritated!) for about 30-45 minutes. I brush with toothpaste for sensitive teeth for the next few days. If the results aren’t as white as I’d like, I repeat the process.Helps with coffee & tea stains. Works better than other brands I’ve tried.
