Stopped working after 10 months

product not working - less than 12 mnth and used 5 times
used this at most 5 times and it no longer works. such a waste of money if a product does not even last year. I have looked into box and see warranty of device is 1 year. Mine clearly stopped workign before a year Where and who do we cintact for warranty, this machine is dead and only used 5 times at most. Seller is not even honoring that this product quality is bad.@amazon can you intervene

I love this
I love this facial machine. I think I have all the possible problems with my skin. Wrinkles, spots, combination skin, so this is perfect for me, as I can use different light in different areas. This device is very easy to use. I've watched before many videos about similar devices so I'm very familiar with it. Looks really nice. I started to see difference after only few uses
