As others have said you need doorways with at least a 79cm gap. Meaning most upstairs doorways to bedrooms etc won't be wide enough. I've installed mine going into my integral garage which I also use as a gym so works for meIt's nice and sturdy and a bargain at the price 👌🏻💪🏻

Product description says 65-85cm depending on how much you extend the bar - in reality the shortest possible width is 79cm. So it doesn't fit on any doorways less than probably 83cm (an extra couple of cm on each side to get past the brackets you need to fix on the wall).

I should have read the reviews.Probably a good, cheap pull up bar but advertised at the wrong size. Not compatible with most UK door frame sizes.815mm was the overall size of the item when collapsed.

Try everything to get this to work for me but no use. Can quite clearly see that I was given a product that had been returned by someone else, due to how it had been in the packaging with parts already assembled and some that had not. When buying I assumed I would get a completely new product and would be the first owner of this item, however this was not the case.

Extremely cheap and amazing product. So easy to fit in and adjusts to any size doorframe. Can also be permanently installed or can be used as a portable bar. Carries big weights and is very durable and reliable. Would 100% recommend, worth every penny.

Does what u need it to do

These bars are 80 cm or longer and so will not fit in most standard UK door frames.
