They arrived earlier than usual, which is great! I love using them. They are perfect for my work outs. They are good materiel for the kind of bands that they are and what they're used for. They are easy to use and great for resistance training.

As is apparent with everyone else, it took nearly a month for them to arrive and after a few weeks of use 3 bands have snapped as well as coming away from their hooks which seem to be just fixed with a ziptie. Guess thats what you get being so cheap such poor quality. Also seeing a few others product images seem to be completely different to what i received. Just spend that extra money on something thats actually good quality i know i've learned from my mistake!

Clip broke on first usage but apart from that they are fine

Really pleased with these, always used weights so was dubious.But using multiple bands at once or one handed/legged/adjusting positions of feet on the bands gives just as good a workout. Recommend using these with work along YouTube workouts👍🏼

They turned up but when they are shipped from China it’s gonna take some time. When you use all the bands they give a fair amount of resistance for trice press downs but not much else if you are fairly strong. I am not an 200kg deadlifted mind you. The door anchor broke on the first use which was disappointing. I’d stick to good old cross fit bands even if your not a cross fitter for a all round workout. I’ve got dumbells, bench, squat rack and most bits that aid a good work out post gym closure. I had am the usual cross fit bands. Think I f these would all to it for lat pulldown and other cable equivalent stuff but it’s not really up to if you are a seasoned trainer

Been using these all through lockdown and it's really helped keep limber and you get a get workout from these. I use 3 and there is enough resistance to make gains.

After a few uses to leave a fair review, the product has been terrible, upon first use the resistance was not noticable unless the bands are very overstretched. I'm not the biggest of people but should not be able to comfortably curl the apparent 40kg resistance. After trying a few methods with various doors, poles and heavier objects I wouldn't recommend the product and would definitely go more premium

It took a while for these to arrive but for the price of them it's good valve. Cant complain!
