Update 4/27/20... Replacement tracker worked fine for a week and then after charging would not pair with app. Vendor offered several suggestions which didn't work and then offered a free replacement. While waiting for delivery (delayed due to covid19 situation) I let the charge run down to zero, recharged and now it has paired again with the app. I've contacted vendor again to ask them to cancel the replacement but I have to brag on their excellent customer service!! They went above and beyond and I appreciate it very much. Superb service.Update 4/11/20.. tracker froze 2 days ago. Reported it, requested replacement which just arrived. It's charging now. Kudos for excellent customer service and hopefully it was just a bad unit. Will update as to quality of replacement tracker in a couple weeks.For me, it's been pretty accurate. Pulse and BP both typically what the doc office gets. I'm impressed with the price and capability. Even sleep tracking is pretty accurate. Same for steps. Excellent value and the app works well. Highly recommend it. I've had it about 3 weeks and so far so good. With all the notifications turned off each charge lasts about a week.

I bought this activity tracker for my 6yo son exactly 1 month ago. He had been asking to wear my Fitbit because he wanted to track how many steps he took in a day. I didn’t want mine to possibly get damaged and I didn’t want to pay a ton of money for his own. I found this activity tracker that had great reviews and was a fantastic price. My son was so excited when it arrived and he immediately put it on. He hasn’t wanted to take it off at all except for when he showered, which was at my insistence even though right on the box it states that this activity tracker “supports swimming.”Well yesterday my son was outside playing with his water guns, and his watch got slightly wet. My son immediately took the watch off and took it inside to charge. When we came back inside later my son noticed that the screen display on his watch was “fuzzy.” My husband suggested leaving the watch off to charge overnight but this morning the activity tracker was completely dead. There was nothing on the screen whatsoever. Needless to say, my son is completely devastated. I actually was really impressed initially at how much this watch did for the price and my son was super happy with it. But if you’re going to state right on the back of the box that this tracker “supports swimming” then I think it should hold up to those claims. 1 time getting slightly wet from water splatter and it dies. And after just 1 month of owning it. Completely disappointed now.

I purchased this particular one, then later that evening, my husband decided he wanted one, so I placed another order. I opened mine, then he opened his. His was in brand new packaging, and mine was in an opened package, and didn't look the same as his package. We tried to charge it and it wasn't wanting to charge.I was excited to get this today, and now VERY disappointed that it appears I was sent a previously 'returned' faulty item. -We will see how my husband's works tomorrow. Hopefully better than the one I got, since mine was in a beat up package. DISAPPOINTED that someone would send a package that was CLEARLY not new. I gave all 1 star because I have no idea how it works. IT WON'T CHARGE. And yes, we tried other USB ports.

I bought 2 of these, one for each of my kids, and I am only able to connect 1 to the app at a time. This might not be that big of a deal IF I was also able to control the functions on the disconnected one without the app.So one of my kids has a fully accurate fitness band ---correct time, daily steps, etc. And my other kid has one that is in incorrect military time and has THOUSANDS of accrued steps----not just daily steps----logged. What a waste of money. I literally only wanted us to start logging steps as a family, nothing fancy past that, and my daughter's band tells her that she's logged more steps than are humanly possible in a 24 hr period bc it does not ever reset.The app is terrible and disconnects to my son's connected band all the time too.I know it was a cheap product, but I thought it would work, at least on a basic level, and it's pretty useless.

Got this fitness tracker for my child, he forgot to take the tracker off his hand and jumped into the pool. They claim that it's supposed to be waterproof, however after a while in the pool we discovered that the tracker had water inside and we ended up returning it. Be advised it is not waterproof. Cannot comment on accuracy as we've had it for couple days and had no time to really test it out. The size was small and perfect for either older child or adult.

I had to try many apps for this to sinc with my apple iPhone 11. The instructions are not great. Even the app it told me to download it would not sinc with phone. I tried YouTube and it kind of helped. I spent more time trying to get it to sinc with an app that it made me sorry I bought it!

Our kids wanted fitness trackers but I wasn’t spending a ton getting them fitbits! For the price these were perfect. A little trouble syncing them to my phone to set the correct time but overall good product.

Gave it to our son to where and it registered WAY more steps then expected. Even accounting for the fact that he is much smaller then us. We linked it to the app but it disconnected and has not reconnected since. It is now just a toy for a 2 year old.
