These panties have almost no stretch and cause massive panty lines. I recommend sizing up. I’ve never had panties that don’t give at all, not even in the waist. If an open package of panties was returnable, I’d return them.

I'm about 5'6" hip: 38" waist: 25" and I weigh 112-117 lbs. I ordered medium because I usually wear a 4, the fit is rather snug, especially around the hips. The material is very soft and comfortable, so at least they won't slip while I workout; however, I will not wear them with leggings or dress pants. They squeeze around so much that they create a panty line. I may size up.

Bought for my daughter who is 5ft 105lbs bought a medium and they fit perfect. She normally would be xs to s but read others reviews and ordered up. Completely seamless which is why we bought them. Definitely would recommend.
