The Aubros Knee brace finally has me walking again after two months of patella pain from a strain I got while working around our farm. The pain started gradually, then really took off, and the search was on to find a brace to let me work, and to allow the sprain to heal. Who knew it woould take THREE tried of three different brands to find a winner? Here's the issue: you might find one that doesn't slip, but adds support, or one that slips and stops the pain, or one that sweats and makes it unbearable to wear in the heat. The Aubros takes all of these issues into hand and delivers a brace that is better looking tan most but does what it should: support, not be too bulky, breathe and be a seamless helper throughout long days and all kinds of movement. The brace itslef has an inner lining that keeps you from neoprene sweat, and it has a cushioned ring that supports the patella area without needing to strap your leg with force enough to short blood supply. The brace needs less compression to do the job right which means comfort for you, the wearer. Don't make the mistake of overtightening, thinking this is what will give you support. The brace just needs to be held on, almost even lightly and the ring does the work with little or no discomfort. Fit was OK. Not enough support. Used it for skiing.

I purchased this knee brace specifically because it was advertised as fitting a plus size leg. One of the seller posted pictures is of a plus size woman wearing the brace. Not only does the brace not fit it is a full inch smaller than the advertised specifications.

This brace was working great. Helped my knee when I tore my meniscus. It started tearing and the metal was coming out. I tried emailing them to talk to them and couldn't even get a hold of them

The advantages of this brace relate to comfort and how well it "stays up". It's also convenient to be able to wear it outside of your slacks or jeans. Shipping was another matter. The first one never arrived, but was picked up by a private carrier. Had to reorder a couple of weeks after the NON-delivery date. Amazon removed charges for the first one with no problem.

Actually one size fits most! I have fat legs above and below the knee but this successfully, and comfortably, fit! Knee was sometimes more sore after removal than before but it feels great while on. I'm pretty overweight but still had extra room so it could fit someone even larger than me. Great product, great price, isn't obvious under (somewhat loose) relaxed jeans.

Meh. It bunches up around the leg below the knee.

As a fairly large man, finding a knee brace that goes around your thigh, no problem, what a lot of manufacturers do not realize that is the calf is also quite well defined and most large people are not known for "chicken" legs. That being said. This thing is perfect. Did exactly what it promised and fit quite nicely, with out riding up or down.
