Baby's Very First Slide and See Farm (Baby's Very First Books)

This is the third book in this series that I have bought. We also have the Under the Sea and Animals ones. I really love how durable these books are. They are interactive and easy for kids 12 months and up to operate...but durable enough that they can "read" them on their own. This book was bought as a gift based on my daughter's enjoyment of the other 2 titles. I do not like the Farm book as much as the other...Under the Sea is probably my favorite. These books don't have a plot or story to them...they are all about the interactive features and the text on the page is just animal sounds or sounds that go with things featured on the page (like farm machinery in the farm book). If you only get one I would recommend the Under the Sea or Animal books over this one...but if you want the whole collection this is a good one too. The one year old boy I bought this for instantly was drawn to it and was enjoying himself immediately.

This is such a fun book! We bought it for our toddler and she not only loves it, but her older siblings love reading it to her and playing with the slides on each page! It is a very sturdy book and has held up very well to lots of love. We have several Usborne books and this book, nor any others have ever let us down! You will love watching your little one interacting with the book and smiling at the bright fun pages!

My one year old loves these "slide and see" books! She opened this one as a birthday present and immediately had to stop and check it out. It's like "peek a boo" in a book.
