I deal with prolapse and these panties add support low in my stomach which helps to keep me comfortable but do not over pinch my waist. They are also half the price of what I can find in the stores. Game changer for my comfort.

I really like these!
The only reason I only gave 4/5 stars, is the seam, in the crotch area, looks like it might pull out. These are not a girdle. They will not reduce your size. They will hold in the wiggling stomach area, and smooth you out. I find them perfect for under pants, very comfortable, and they do not put dents in the side of your thighs. I think they will be great for summer knit dresses, not the skin tight ones, but the knit t-shirt type that skim your body.
