I love this heat protectant. It's very good about protecting my hair from heat and keeps it shiny all day long!I have a hard time finding a heat protectant that actually keeps my hair healthy as I use a lot of heat on it. And even though it is a little pricy, I think the price is reasonable for something that works so nicely. It comes in a decent sized bottle, and all I need to use is two pumps. A little goes a long way.Also, it's color friendly so huge bonus point! One of the pictures shows what my hair looks like after just blow dried with my shark hairdryer.

This product really helps with my color treated hair. I use it with Joico Defy Damage Protective Masque and my hair has never looked more healthy. I bought the smaller size to see if I liked it and next time I will buy the bigger size. I like the price compared to other products and this is a game changer for my hair. I have long hair and I only use a dime size amount for each side and the smaller bottle has lasted for three months with washing my hair three to four times a week. I know that heat protectants are good for you... and I've tried a few, but I have oily hair and any product I apply invariably makes my hair very dirty by the end of the day. I was pleasantly surprised that this product (though a lotion type vs spray) made my hair soft and NOT greasy. I can't speak to the effectiveness of the protective shield, but I'm happy with how it looks and feels in my hair.
