Not bad but it not loud enough and it cut off time and time again when it not being used
Ok so I got this product for my job because I hate wearing my large headphone because it was just too loud when I’m shopping for a customer at times.. these are ok for the price and quality sound.. the only thing I hate that it turn off on me when I’m not listening music and like static when the put the port in my pocket which I kind of hate.. maybe if they upgraded the sound and the Bluetooth quality as far not cutting off on me and static then yes I’m I’ll rate it 5 stars .. charging wise would be almost every 2-3 since I used it mostly for work. But to be honest if you are too far from the port .. omg it cut off and it also static .. ugh 😩 They need to do better work because Bluetooth headphones are design to be Bluetooth and at lease be far like 10-15 meters like my big headphone are .

Lously range
Update: l added a star for customer service. I was contacted by the company after l initiated return. I was sent a replacement pair for free so l really wanted to report a big improvement... Sadly these do not perform much better they seem to be constantly breaking connection even when the phone is in my pocket all it takes is turning my head to loose connection, it is so distracting that l don't plan to use these. Despite the customer service this product just isn't up to par.What l REALLY did not like was their range, or more specifically their lack of range. Despite the device they were linked to they began to cut out at about ten feet. When my phone was in my back pocket they would cut out over half the time, very annoying. I am sending them back.

Awesome
There is nothing bad about them. I love the quality. I listen to bass boosted songs all the time and it doesnt harm them.

Worked ok a couple of times
I charged them when I first got them and they worked ok, but then the next time I tried to use them, even though the case showed 100%, my phone showed me 10%. Ok, so I charged them again. Next time went to use them and only one worked, not both. So I charged the one that wasn't working back in the case. Now I rarely use them because they are so unreliable. Thank goodness I got a good black friday deal on them so I didn't waste more money. I would not buy these again. I have had to unpair and re-pair several times. When they do work, I can hear fine, but other people say they can barely hear me. I really would like to find a wireless pair that are reliable and good sound quality.

Updated Review: Good Headphones for a Great Price
UPDATE: I guess I spoke too soon. A week into having these the left ear bud stopped working. Did all the troubleshooting and the right ear bud and base appeared perfectly fine. I did some research and saw another person said the same thing. I spoke to Amazon who is sending me a replacement. Hopefully this was just a defective product. We shall see. I really do love these headphones minus that one major issue.Original Review: Honestly there's nothing bad to say about these headphones. I usually have issues with in ear headphones but these fit perfectly and are so light they don't move at all. I do have to be careful to not touch them because the tap feature is super sensitive. Battery life is great, sound quality is fantastic and the mic doesn't go in and out, callers can hear me perfectly. Highly recommend.

The customer service got in touch with me and were extremely kind and helpful. I am now able to use these ear buds for phone also with great success. Now a very happy customer. Appreciate their commitment to excellence with these ear pods and customer experience in using them. Updated from 3 stars to 5!I’m so disappointed in this purchase. With all the great reviews I was hopeful. They sound great however I need them mostly for my phone (Apple 8+) and no one can hear me clearly on phone calls. They all say by it sounds muffled and like I’m in a tunnel. I so wanted & needed these to work! Wasted $$

Not good
I have used these all of 4 times over the past two months. Sound was great. Unfortunately they will not charge unless you physically hold the earpiece down with force into the charging dock. Connection issues? Not sure. But I know I shouldn’t have to sit and hold them in for them to charge. Waste of money for the hassle.

Very good for price.
They work well but i only wear one headphone on the left and my phone in my right pocket if i look left it will some times cut out for a second blue tooth connection could be better.

I'm using for a whole month and it works well.
The case is good, it has a metal reinforcement on the lid, it will probably help the case last longer, the digital panel helps you know when the case needs to charge. It fits well to the ear and is comfortable to wear. The cons of this product is that I cannot touch it to put it in my ear or touch my hair without interrupting the audio. Any contact, however small, will pause the audio. I would rather have a button to trigger the settings than this touch sensitive fingerprint.

Just Ok
Have been using these for a while now. They are okay for listening to music, but the microphone does not work well. Tried on multiple phones and the sound was muffled. People complained they could not hear what I was saying, and they were right! I had my wife use them to call me and she cut in and out and sounded like she was miles away from her phone. If you just need to listen to music, the range is good, but if you are expecting to use them for calls I would look elsewhere.

Terrible product
Bluetooth fundamental function is streaming but this one not even close. It keeps buffered playing every 10 seconds. I complained to the seller that bluetooth is buffered playing when jogging. the answer is "within 10 meters of the phone and away from the WiFi receiver. disconnect and then connect to the phone again".It is like IT staff ask you to turn off your computer and power plug out for your hardware problem. What a stupid
