This diamond painting is a picture of my hubby and I ordered last year. I started working on it about 2 months ago its a pretty large canvas. Anyway, I am down to my last sections to come to realize I was not provided enough diamonds to complete the picture properly; therefore, I am improvising in hopes it do not look off. Lack of diamonds as follows: 413, 414, 844, 3799. These are major colors. With that being said, 1 star removed. Would I order from them again? Yes, but I would definitely add a note to the seller to ensure enough diamonds are provided to effectively complete the picture.

Any photo with a person in it i submitted for a custom diamond painting, the colors have come out terrible. I ordered the size that was recommended but like with this one i started it looks like she has a portion of a beard. Looking atvthe numbers for the rest of her face it was going to be a blotchy orange and white mess.This was going to be a xmas gift but have to do something elseAlso the numbers for her hair was blue and not brown.

I originally wanted to wait to post my review when I was finished with this diamond painting, but I figured you'd get the a good idea of the quality since I'm a quarter complete. I bought the largest print they offer (approx. 24 inch x 32 inch), so it's taking me a while. The quality is EXCELLENT. The canvas print is perfect. There are more than enough diamonds for each color. Each color comes packed separately in ziplock bags, so it's much easier to manage. This is my favorite picture of my mom (front left) with her siblings. She just passed away in October, so it was important to me to do something special with this picture. I've ordered four additional personalized diamond paintings from Coleey and they are all of excellent quality.NOTE: These are made with ROUND diamonds, not square, which I love! (I loathe the square diamonds.)Shipping does take a while (3-5 weeks), but it's not the fault of the seller; it's coming from China, so there's no practical way for them to speed that up.Also, they are VERY quick to respond to emails. A couple weeks after my orders shipped, I emailed them to request a tracking number and they responded within 12 hours. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of their diamond paintings and their customer service. I will be buying much more from them!

I have had better custome diamond art and this one isn’t it at all, It’s definitely great and everything but the symbols are weird and have ( and J next to each other is a little annoying and the picture it clearly white but instead I have received like grey and a lavender grey which clearly isn’t white I might be judging to early but still, and the head things are shaped weirdly definitely will be sticking to my usual custom diamond art site

Image quality was ok. It was not the best but definitely not the worse it is acceptable. My reason for taking away a star to this is that the symbols used were not the clearest and kind of hard to read. Many of the symbols looked alike and they always seemed to be near one another which did not make for a smooth experience. Overall an ok product. Would I order again, I think its worth trying out a different custom option and comparing quality before ordering again.Update: after ordering from another custom diamond dot place I decided to remove one more star from this. As not only was the image quality and diamonds better but also made me see that I ordered a 16x12 for both customs and this one is 16x12 with the canvas around it when the other custom place the image alone is 16x12 and both are the same price.

I was a little disappointed. The photo I sent was brighter with a cute border. When it came and I started working on it. I don't really see much of the bright border around it. Overall it did come in a reasonable amount of time. I do have a new phone with a portrait setting. I will use that next time and see if that helps. This was my first time trying so I may not of aligned it right also. I love how you have the beads already bagged up. The place setting on the pic is nice. That helps a lot for me with getting everything straight. I personally like doing these with not so many symbols. Thanks Shannon Brown

Have not done this picture yet. But the pattern looks just like the picture I sent.

My dog is all white, they sent me peach, my cat is gray and black. They sent me green!The diamonds are small round pieces of cheap plastic!! Do not buy!! I had to give 1 star. The picture I sent in was great. Other than that 0 stars
