I bought a medium and small, for reference I'm 5'10 athletic build and vary around 155 lbs. I found the medium just a little too big, even after it shrinking. To get that true slim fit look a small was perfect. Only thing I dont like is the color stripe at the collar, but otherwise its a very soft and comfortable shirt even in warmer weather.
