Shark Hoover: What annoyed me the most is that the product description did not tell you that it comes with a 5yr guarantee/warranty, which was surprising, as that alone is a great selling point!!!! So I had to cancel the insurance cover I took out on it at the time of purchase.This insurance cover is TOP QUALITY and I would recommend it to anyone - providing you actually need it!!

The item is good, and im happy with it. The battery charger is not as well made and sometimes you have to move the wire to activate it. but the batteries themselves are good. just the charger itself . The entire experience of this appliance is good so far, I have only had it a couple of weeks so early days.

Good Value for 3-year Accidental Damage insurance.Only time will tell if the insurance is any good.Still not received the Documents in the post as promised. Not a good start.

The media could not be loaded.  This hoover is good for smaller spaces as it will run flat after 1 hour of hoovering. It is not too noisy so you could easily watch TV whilst it is running. Cant handle deep pile rugs but can manage over door saddles etc.

The insurance document arrived promptly by email. I have no idea whether the cover is any good as I have not attempted a claim.

Said they'd send a paper copy but it never happened
