Nice looking, keeps my morning coffee hot & my afternoon ice tea cold to and from work. work. Fits perfect in my cup holder with it's slender base. I just love it!!!

Keeps coffee hot
My wife really likes her travel mug. She uses it everyday for her coffee and hot tea and it keeps them as hot as any other steel mug we have used. Plus she always gets compliments about the looks and the flying WV on the side. Highly recommend this to coffee/tea drinkers and to mountaineers fans.

Keeps coffee warm for a couple of hours but tends to be a little unsteady since the top part is wider than the bottom

Inferior quality
After two weeks of use, the bottom fell out, the plastic drinking lid would close while trying to drink, and water filled the insulated sides while washing. Very disappointed in quality of mug!

Disappointing
I was very disappointed after opening this travel mug. The logo is brightly colored can seems nic, however, The cup is very thin and tinny. It seems very inexpensive. It also does not do a very good job of keeping beverages hot.
