Math Essential Skills for Grade 2, Activity Workbook for Kids, 2nd Grade Math Workbook: Math workbooks grade 2

I bought this for my slightly advanced first grader. I found a lot of typos throughout the book - a couple of them made some instructions unclear. That's not something I would expect from an educational tool. The pages aren't perforated, which makes tearing out extremely difficult. The binding also makes doing the work challenging when the kiddo is fighting with the book to be flat. The illustrations are cute. I wish there was more space for answers. Maybe second graders have smaller handwriting, but my 7 year old has some trouble fitting all of his work in the space provided. Overall, just okay.

With school out, I wanted something to keep my kid "fresh" on the stuff they had learned during school. This is right on par for what they were doing in class at the tail end of 1st grade and most of 2nd grade.

Good book, nephew loves it....
