I have always bought my Essies from Pharmapacks but this particular transaction compelled me to write a review. I ordered Expressie taxi hopping. When I got my bottle, it had a manufacturing defect of some kind where it had a metal piece inside the bottle and the bottle cracked where the piece came in contact with the glass. I contacted customer service with a pic of the defective bottle. I got a reply within a day (it was a Sunday infact!) and today I got my replacement bottle. Essies are not cheap but now I am happy that I have a trusted seller for purchasing these polishes. :)As for the polish itself, I really liked the color. Very unique. It was opaque in two coats for me. The first coat dried to the touch within one min, second coat took a little longer. But in total, both coats dried to the touch within 5 mins. So it's definitely quick dry. Super easy to throw on and head out the door if you are in a rush. My opinion about the brush may be an unpopular one but I really liked it. Most reviews I have read or seen about it mentioned that the brush either did not make a difference in application or made it difficult to apply polish. But I really liked it. It made the polish application so much easier even with my non-dominant hand. And the shape of the brush results in a very neat and clean application of the polish. So far, I am digging the formula, the quick dry time and the brush. Will definitely order more shades.

Saying this dries within a minute is a joke, actually a scam. One layer takes about 5-10mins, 2 layers would take more than double the time.I bought "bun's up" says "light beige", the pic they provided makes it look like a very light beige and what I got is a very dark beige, more brown than beige, if I had known its a dark brownish beige I would not have bought this. I don't like dark polishes and this was very disappointing.Update: one finger started peeling off after 4 hours.

Ordered IRL, beautiful purple that is darker than the picture show but I'm fine with that because I love pretty much any purple nail polish. I've seen the reviews with people unhappy that the polish doesn't dry exactly within 1-2 minutes but I honestly didn't expect it. Other brands have promised this in the past and I've never seen any polish dry in 1-2 minutes. Drying time is always going to depend on the thickness of the layer used. I provided extra time just in case, used a base and top coat even though it's not supposed to be required because I'd like to make it last as long as possible. Couldn't be happier with how easy it was to apply with the angled brush. I ordered a couple other colors when I ordered this color, very happy I did because I can't find it locally where I live.

Is the only time you have 30 seconds to stop while you are waiting in the school carline pick up, at the ball field waiting on practice to end, or the seconds between getting everyone to bed before your own head hits the pillow? Then this is the polish for you! Dries amazingly fast and even! Crave the Chaos is almost exactly the same shade as OPI Strawberty Margarita. Did 2 thin coats, and topped with my favorite topcoat Hard as Nails by Sally Hasen and got 5 good days and 2 more passable days.

If you are looking for a great quick dry nail polish this is it! Two coats done and dry in five minutes. Holds up really well especially for a quick dry nail polish. Compared to essie’s regular nail polishes it does leave a little to be desired in the finish, but for a quick dry nail polish it is fantastic and meets my expectations very well

people should be aware that the color of this polish on the screen is light pink but in actuality it's a taupe color. Not at all the color I thought I was purchasing.

I have used many "quick" dry polishes. None tend to live up to expectation. Sometimes you want to paint your nails and go which seems to be next to impossible. This polish however really did exceed my expectations. Within a minute I was able to go about my day. Sometimes I don't mind the wait but this is great if you are in a pinch and want to apply and go. This polish has a low odour, it's nail polish for sure but in comparison seems to be a little more mild. The sheen is absolutely beautiful on this particular shade and for a light color I was mega impressed with the fact it only needed one coat to fully cover the nail. Very creamy, thick texture with no blotting. Really love this particular polish and will be buying again!! Highly recommend.

At first glance I was skeptical for quick dry nail polishes. Others in the category dry the nail bed and they never dry as quickly as they promise.I loved the colour “290 Not So Low-Key” so much I just had to try it and I am so happy I did!During my lunch I decided to try it out. I was happy I didn’t need to use base or top coat, so that was perfect. I painted my first coat on my left hand at this point I saw that since it was bit darker colour I was definitely going to need two coats. Let me tell you how fast the Expressie nail polish dried! It was completely dry by the time I was finished my right hand. I rubbed gently the first time because I wasn’t sure but started rubbing harder realizing that it was 100% more than ready for the next coat.The second coat took a little longer to dry however, I was able to go about my lunch and clean up and finished eating my lunch with time to spare.I wore the polish 3 full days before chipping occurred and honestly nowadays with COVID precautions that is impressive because I have been washing and sanitizing like crazy.When removing the polish no staining occurred either, it came off easily without leaving streaks (red is notorious for that).Overall I am very pleased with Essie Expressie and I can’t wait to add more colours to my collection.

I really liked this Expressie Quick Dry on the Fly with an angled brush so it's easier to apply with both hands.I picked it in the black polish called Now or Never and it has lasted on my nails for 2 weeks now. I did not use a base or a top coat with this polish. There's a few chips on the edges but nothing I can't touch up. I used 2 coats which only took about 1 minute for each layer to dry. It was enough and very opaque. The angled brush is amazing and it makes it so much easier to apply. Usually my left-handed painted nails are a mess and look like a 3 year old painted them!I'm very happy with this Essie Expressie.

The expressie line is perfect for when you’re going out and want to quickly do your nails before leaving the house. It doesn’t dry immediately but it’s OK and looks nice. It chips very quickly though (after a couple of days) and it makes my nails peel. I have never had that with any other polish! I like the colour but the polish itself is really disappointing and I wouldn’t buy more colours or recommend to others

I ordered the colour "Checked In". It is an amazing colour! I did not apply any top or base coats as I wanted to follow the description saying it didn't need any. I had filed the top of my nails a very little bit gently, also using an alcohol wipe to clean my nails before applying it. The application of the polish was very quick, easy & smooth. I only needed to apply 1 thin coat for a nice coverage, but did 2 just because. It dried really quick too. It was completely dry within a minute. The last picture is on day 3 wearing the polish alone. You can see there is chipping and wearing away at the very end of the nail. I'm a mom of 3 boys that are young (6, 3 & 1 years old) so my hands & nails go through a lot every day. So I'm happy it did last as long as it did. I was hoping for a little longer but am still happy. In the end this is a really nice polish and will definitely wear it again but for short periods of time!
