Decalcify - Fruitex-B, Vitamin K2 (MK4 and MK7), Magnesium and Potassium Orotate, 90 Vegetarian Capsules

I've been using the Ortho Nutrition brand of supplements since 2011. Decalcify is hands down my favorite and most important that I take. I've always had problems with cavities and fillings due to a high sugar diet as a child. Decalcify has played an important role in repairing my teeth. There have been times where Decalcify has not been available and my diet hasn't been the best and teeth would start to ache as if they were developing a cavity. Within a few weeks of adding Decalcify to my diet my teeth start feeling better. At my last dental appointment the hygienist actually commented on how healthy my teeth are. We also give our children a smaller dose to aid in keeping their teeth healthy. I highly recommend this supplement.

My only problem is it keeps going out of stock. When I take it on a regular basis, I have less hand and wrist pain when working at my computer and a lot less leg/foot pain at bed time. I am not sure why I have these issues, but they start getting really bad the longer I go without this product, and when I find it back in stock, and start taking it again, the symptoms slowly start to dissipate. I have set this up for subscribe and save several times, and have even ordered extras, because I know from experience, sooner or later, it will no longer be available again and will stay that way for months. Please never stop making this product and maybe develop a better supply chain. I keep trying other combinations that have similar ingredients but they just don't work the same.

I've had severe osteoporosis since 8 yo due to having Celiac Disease since conception and more than 50+ Drs mis-diagnosing me my entire life! 4 years ago, my Dexa-Scan reported my osteoporosis at (-)4.4! I read about DeCalcify and gave it a try for 1.5 years, and the latest scan showed (-)3.4!!! I actually ADDED bone density back in instead of slipping backwards every year! WaHOO! The party ended when it disappeared from Amazon, and the only place I could find it was a beauty website, and then that disappeared as well. I was forced to use other Vit K2 products, but my fingernails started shredding and everything went backwards. Finally, I can get it again! Next fall I will be due for another scan, so I'm expecting more bone density being added since I'm back to using 2 capsules/day....maybe I'll up it to 3/day and see how much more density I can add! SCREW the Farma companies who say that it's impossible to add bone density! I tried Fosamax for 4 days about 30 yrs ago -- it ripped my immune system apart within 4 days - took me 3 months to gain it back! SO glad that I never went the Big Farma route as now their drugs are causing bone loss and brittleness!Last year I noticed that in addition to my bone density increasing, my "normally" deformed-looking fingers were looking a lot smoother! The knuckles had actually decreased in thickness!!! I can bend my fingers fully to my palms without restriction! My thick band wedding ring I had to force over my knuckle, then it turned round and round as the rest of my finger was much smaller. NOW, it fits easily over that knuckle--maybe time to get it resized!This is an EXCELLENT product that WORKS and my Dexa-Scans PROVE IT!!!

Good idea for product, but it need major tweaking with dosages and amount of nutrition in each capsule. At a present state I think it's actually dangerous to take this product per suggested rate. First of all nobody should be taking anything 6200% of RDA as in vit. K2 even though it's virtually non toxic. Especially per suggested dose three times a day. That makes 18 000 % of vit K2 RDA. Vitamin K2 could potentially be pulling too much calcium from tissues and joints, thus effecting nerve impulses, muscles relaxation, cell permeability and other benefits of calcium. Also magnesium is way too high per suggested rate. 300 % of RDA per three capsules. To keep calcium/magnesium ( and other electrolytes) balance in the blood I believe body will be pulling calcium from bones when using this product. There are just too many calcium movers in a too great of a quantity. If one wants to achieve decalsification it should be done in a gentle slow fashion. I would lower K2 to something like 300% RDA per capsule, magnesium to 150-125 mg per capsule, increase amount of boron (right now it's too low to be effective), increase potassium to 99 mg (legally allowed in US, although in Europe 400 mg allowed per serving)Ironically I would suggest to use this product with bioavailable calcium product ( such as piece of cheese) and only every second or third day one capsule each. Again, at current number, I strongly believe bone loses might occur and calcium could be pulled from places too abruptly where it is actually needed.
