*Update - poor customer service. I attached a video demonstrating the leak and it seems like it has not been cleared. This was one week ago. No one has contacted me and the fact that I cannot share the defect to the public is rather unsettling as a consumer. Will be returning. Never expected another free bottle, but at least let me post my review. I have had better customer service when it comes to faulty products. I was just trying to show them that the bottle I was sent had a legitimate problem and was not lying about it. Edited review over.Love the concept but unfortunately it leaks whenever I try to drink from it! The lid is properly closed and everything is in its right place. The leaking makes everything inconvenient since I have to hold the bottle at an awkward angle. Really wish it didn't leak, because otherwise, it would be the perfect water bottle.Update 2 - they EVENTUALLY did contact me offering a coupon so I can't say they have terribly poor customer service as it appears that they are trying, but this product was so defective that I just don't see the point in spending any amount of money on a second one. How do I know this one won't be defective as well? I had a video but for some reason I wasn't able to upload it to Amazon, but it doesn't matter, it was a defective product that I received and I don't think a coupon will fix it if I was unsatisfied, a refund would have been better but it's been a year so I've found other water bottles. I'll be nice and give them three stars for their attempt.

I was searching for a bottle that would help me with drinking more water. I had about 25 bottles that I was choosing from and narrowed it down. What made me choose this one was the reviews and also that it had a fruit infuser and came with a recipe book on different waters to make.This bottle has far exceeded my expectations. I am not a big drinker anyway, but with this bottle I enjoy drinking!! I have used it for a few days now and I am loving the infuser! I have put strawberries and apples in there and both taste yummy! I love soda and this is a good way to still get that taste of something but it is actually good for you.For me, I drink my bottle from the side. (the lid of the bottle is on my left cheek) I do it this way because of where the finger supports are place on the bottle. The lid stays up and doesn't fall onto my face while I am drinking. Even when I am trying to get that last drop it says in place.I like that when you screw the top on the infuser and go to drink that the fruit doesn't come to your mouth. There were some bottles that I looked at that didn't have a separation from fruit to mouth opening to drink. I have used bottles like that in the past and it always clogs the drinking hole but since this is separated by a lid on the infuser there is no issue which is really nice.I have actually found myself filling it up more than twice a day. Since I like the taste of apples and strawberries I was to keep tasting it so I keep drinking. It makes me drink more and more which is really good.The numbers on the side are the greatest! It is like a race and sometimes when I am not thinking and look down and need to hurry up and drink to make the time slot. Its really fun to have to race against the clock to drink the water. I am going from struggling to drink an 8oz glass of water in a day to drinking more than 64oz of water a day!I would HIGHLY recommend this bottle to anyone. I have 3 friends, so far, that are ordering this bottle for themselves!! Seriously...look no further because you have found the perfect bottle!!

I really like the concept of this item and the look but when putting it together each time you use it you REALLY have to be careful because you will get little plastic "shavings." Would give 5 stars if it aligned better and it wasn't such a struggle. I bought 2 of them - one was a gift and they ALSO have the same issues.

Bought the pink for the wife and me the black. She chopped up some strawberry and put them in the infuser, left them in fridge overnight. When woke up to drink the next day, they were great, just right. Highly recommend these. The Time Blocks are a plus, but if I'm being honest, I find that I drink so much water, I normally go past the times anyway lol. Nice feature though, doubt most men who drink a lot of water will use. Small women like my wife who drink small sips all day, this is perfect for them lol :)

Ive always had issues remembering or keeping track of how much water I drink a day. Sometimes i dranked way too much, and others not enough. I am so glad I found this bottle, even if i forget to drink water I already know how much i need to drink to catch up. I love how it has the little cup inside to put fruits and lemon, you can use the bottle without it too if u dont want to add anything to the water. I order two, but will definitely order more. This is the only bottle i plan on using from now on. I hope they dont stop making them. Ive gotten many compliments and the girls at work want one for christmas. Great purchase, I LOVE IT. ... especially with that price, its great so u can get more without spending an entire paycheck on them. By the way... Thank you for the brush. Its perfect.

I had this product for a total of 10 days!Pros-loved how you can manage your water intake-spout-thickness and feel of it-infuserCons-rubber started coming off (I can only imagine what it would look like after a few months)-I think the plastic started coming melting, I tried taking off the white thing and nothing would come off.I washed the product with warm water not hot as instructed.Overall product was great but poorly made. I returned mine. Maybe poor lunck on my end.I’ll be buying a glass one!
