An excellent book by someone who understands...
It's an excellent and simple explanation of covert-narc patterns. It also gives a lot of strengthening to the abused (sometimes I felt this was excessive, though).Once you've seen the truth, you can't unsee it, even if nobody else sees what you see. Must read if you've been abused or smeared by a covert narcissist.

I am a narcissist and believe me I am not proud of it because of my personality i had worst relationship and emotional hurtful breakups I wish I would have been self aware way before but now I can't do much besides wishing that may my ex partner found a someone better than me who treats them right and may they now living a good and non toxic relationship
