Speedo Women's Essential Endurance+ Medalist One Piece Swimsuit New Season

This is a brilliant value, dark navy blue swimming costume. It is selling at only £10 (Amazon April 2019). it has an elasticated muscle back and is most comfortable to wear.Endurance means it is 100% chlorine-resistant and I can confirm that these swimming costumes last years. I am regularly in the water swim teaching and they do not fade and are quick to dry. There is no padding or inner lining but there is a white gusset, lining the crotch area. It is quite high legged and fits appropriately. I am a size 10 and this is a size 32.

This Speedo Endurance costume is my second Endurance, nothing wrong with my original one but wanted another so that I have a spare if I don’t get to rinse and dry one before needing it again. Although these costumes are a little on the expensive side, I have found it false economy to buy cheaper other brand costumes as they are only lasting a few weeks of regular swimming before going baggy with what looks like bits of snapped elastic strands and unwearable, the Endurance costumes are chlorine resistant so keep their shape and no elastic strands no matter how often you swim. The costumes look quite thin and not a lot to them when they arrive but the material is not at all see through when wearing or wet and once I got used to the muscle back( cross back) it felt very comfortable to wear and I’m looking forward to wearing it for swimming for a good long time (years) to come.

Snug fit, need bigger size for more comfort

I'd looked at swimsuits in the shops because my old one had gone rotten, but I was not prepared to pay the silly prices some retailers wanted, and in the budget shops, the quality didn't seem to be great. I should just have stayed at home and looked on Amazon. This Speedo costume is excellent for me to plough up and down my local pool doing lengths, and it is claimed that the Endurance fabric is designed to prevent it going rotten so quickly. I will report back after a few months - but so far so good! I like the style of the swimsuit with the cross over back which means i'm not worrying about the shoulder straps slipping down, and the leg cut is just right, and not too high. The only thing that troubled me before buying online was uncertainty about sizes. I bought size 36 inch chest (I actually measure 35) and I'm a 10-12 in tops and trousers, and only 5 foot 2 inches tall. The fit for me is good, although I suspect if you are taller, you may find this swimsuit is cut a little short in the body. I would probably recommend going up a size if you are of average or above height. If you go to the Speedo website, there is a size chart there to help you decide.Am definitely pleased that I ordered this.UPDATE After a year of use swimming three times a week, I am pleased to report that this swimsuit is still going strong. I am about to order another colour for a bit of variety, but this one has lasted pretty well.

I ordered what I thought was the equivalent of a UK14 (size 42) - the item arrived labelled as a size 20GB! The measurements are correct - but are for the item unstretched (minimum size), when of course swimming costumes are supposed to cling to you rather than hang off you like normal clothes. The sellers need to list the maximum fitted size as a better guide to potential customers.It was a nice blue, and seemed reasonable quality - but it was huge. I am a G-GG cup, so the costume should have been tight across the shoulders - not a chance. It was actually really baggy around my chest, with the straps hanging loose off my shoulders.If you are a size 14, don't order the size 42.

Lovely, colour, fit and my previous black endurance lasted 4 years, swimming 3 times a week. So washed over 600 times. Dries quickly. Fantastic value.

Fantastic budget swimsuit! I bought this because it was a good make and an even better price. I go to Aquafit class 3x per week and have had quite a few complimentary comments. The material is plenty thick enough - I would say thicker than average for a sports swimsuit. It covers up your chest very well so that no cleavage is on view. There is no "hidden support" but as it's a tight sports fit that isn't necessary. The last thing you want is a bra style support that moves about as you exercise. Also good when swimming. Very good quality and comes in an attractive range of colours. I went for blue as it was the cheapest but it looks really nice. It's slightly difficult to remove when wet but the technique is to pull down the shoulder straps and then grab the cross strap at the back and pull it down from the rear.

Since buying only used this swimsuit once weekly and just this week my wife noticed it’s going transparent, The quality of this product is very poor, I expected much better from Speedo .

I am a swimmer and this summing suit is amazing. I tried different fabric and high prices. I just can say you don’t need to pay a lot because this one is a good one!! It dries super fast
