The handle for opening the blade compartment is very poorly designed. I'm unable to open it with my fingers, or nails, and have to use a hard tool to pry it open. Given the difficulty of opening the compartment, it doesn't seem safe to open by hand given there is a blade inside.Aside from that, the packaging was only in Chinese, along with all the markings and directions on the unit itself. This is obscured via the product images that are provided.

Great pill cutter

I was trying to lift the cutter and the front tip of the blade cut my finger. The blade lift-up position is NOT well designed. I wouldn't recommend this product.
