Very impressed with the speedy delivery! Arrived more than a month and a half earlier than the date promised.Difficult to rate the durability of the item as it needs to be in use for a good few months before one can do that, but it looks good and is comfortable. Has an overall solid feel to it, so hope it serves me well and for a long time to come!My rating is high because of the VALUE (what you get for the price in comparison to all the others I researched). Easy to set up, took less than 15 mins. Does the job, but a little rickety and not the most comfortable to sit on for long periods of time. It could do with a bit more padding in the seat. But overall you get what you pay for and its fine for the price.

Great chair! I needed an extra chair downstairs to use for my home office. It is comfortable, sturdy and super easy to set up. Highly recommend.

I needed a more comfortable chair due to working from home for an unknown period of time, but didn't want to pay a fortune.Chair was easy to put together, I managed to do on my own in less than half an hour. It only arrived today, but is comfortable and can adjust height/back support etc. So far pleased with purchase.01/09 Update to review. Height function on chair has broken and seat has gone as hard as rocks!

Fantastic chair for home office been using regularly for 3 months now with no issues

I would recommend this as a good value occasional use chair, I have been using it 40hours a week for 6 weeks, the padding in the seat is much less supportive now particularly around my legs. It was easy to put together and looks good.

Very impressed with the customer service, very easy to deal with. Good product for price.
