Chastity Belt

I know, bad title. Let me try to explain without going into excruciating details. There were parts of the story that were completely unrealistic and VERY wrong, but there are scenes that the author got perfectly right. (SPOILERS potential below)If the setup sounds a little fishy, it is. I hated the NC (non-consent) with the original placing of the belt. There was something missing from that scene - HER VERBAL CONSENT - because she just lets the subject drop. If there would have been an intimate scene after the surprise placing of the belt where he manages to convince her and she would have given her consent, it would have been a different issue. Furthermore, I don't mind CNC (consensual non consent) in my erotica, but flat out NC does not fly with me.I felt that the part that the author got right, was the FF dotted throughout the story. I think I would gladly read more of it in other novels. The author got it totally right, especially the final FF scene (him directing them and the playful banter between them).1 star (NC) plus 5 stars (FF), divded by two issues = 3 star novel.Also, I wrote this review having just finished reading this short story. Like max 20 minutes and that was reading slowly. It was too expensive for the length - that's not the author's fault - that's Ellora's Cave fault. For those who like the erotica/erotic romance genre, I'm sure you've noticed that EC is way overpriced (sometimes authors are worth it, this one - not so much).

Shoshanna Evers delivers again! This outside the box tale with the heroine's box locked in a chastity belt made me want to find a Dom like hers immediately! Heroine's decision path was one small logical step at a time that ended in a wonderfully rich world of love and desire. Satisfying HEA.

If you like 'adult' kink books, this is a good one. I liked the pace of the story. I am looking for additional books by this author.

Since I'm a sucker for HEAs and parts of the book are hilarious, I highly recommend this book for a fun kinky read.

Ms. Evers shows her creativity in the BDSM realm yet again with Chastity Belt. While the heroine had experimented with a little BDSM before, it wasn't until she fell into the hands of a master that she found true ecstacy. With some M/F/F and F/F action.

Ever have Amazon recommend a book over and over to you and you finally give in? That is what this book was. I got tired of it being recommended and decided to read it. Big mistake. The book really doesn't have a redeeming moment in it. It betrays BDSM very badly. There isn't much respect given for the characters, nor is there any real bonding. That is about as nice as I can be to the book so I will end this review there.

Superb story from start to finish

An entertaining story; just about plausible and enabling "Sweet Georgia" to indulge her fantasies about bondage - until it is too late and she is confined in her "Personal Prison". Georgia is clearly looking for fulfilment and she finds it eventually with Jonathan - after a frustrating set of experiences.The book is remarkably free of typing and grammatical errors (compared to some Kindle eBooks) and delivers the story in five chapters plus an epilogue.Mike
