been using this product for years
The women in my family are prime candidates for osteoporosis, so we've been taking Posture D for years. I am sensitive to some types of calcium (oyster shell, calcium carbonate) but have never had any reactions to Posture D. I also like that it includes other important ingredients such as magnesium

Cannot swallow these horse-sized pills
I had used these in the past because they seemed to cause less constipation but always had a difficult time swallowing them. I recently went back to them but, even after cutting them in half, cannot swallow them without choking. I never have this problem with anything else and wish they would put a coating on them. I've called them with the same suggestion.

Sodium laurel sulfate is found in some toothpaste and shampoo as a foaming agent. I don't want to be swallowing this thing....Returning it.
