The thermometer is cheap and flimsy. The directions are hard to read. The representative from the company contacted me after my request for a full refund with and offer give me my money without mailing the product back if I gave him a good review. I considered this just to avoid a trip to the post office during the Covid 19 quarantine period. Immediately after, I contacted the vendor and he has stopped communicating with me.This product is not worth the money! This picture is enhanced and the packaging is nicer than the product.

Stays on 93 degrees when I turn it on, then in a bit it shuts off. No matter what I do. I am a medical professional and doing it correctly. I tried my arms plus my forehead - no change. The second it turns on it stays at 93

It didn't even light up. Batteries were not in backwards.And i have to wait for a refund from the maker !It took forever to get something that didn't even light up.I'd really appreciate a refund please. Like many i always buy from you and have had NO REAL PROBLEMS.Before i buy anything else i'd like to know that if i return it, it has to be approved by anyone other than amazon.Thank you!

Defective unit. To return, we had to pay the shipping costs.

Mine came without batteries. Will have to test on others to see how accurate. Looks like it has been used before. Hope I didn’t waste my money.

I won't buy this again if I had to. You have to almost touch the forehead to get a reading. The temperature checks vary widely even if taken within a 2 minute period. I can't truly rely on this gauge. A$10 stick thermometer (in mouth, or under armpit) is more reliable. Big bucks don't always do the job.

This thermometer was defective. It worked correctly the first couple of times, and would reset to Lo. However, it then began to show random temperature readings, and would no longer reset back to Lo.The thermometer has large, easy to read numbers, if only it were reliable and accurate!The seller assures me the issue will be resolved with a refund after documenting this review.

This itemLooks used ?? It’s all scratched up on the screen and the box is not in English. It’s so cheaply made that I wouldn’t have even paid 20 bucks for it !
