WHY VEIL. The use of a Veil in church has many purposes. This simple act glorifies the beauty of God instead of that of the woman’s physical being. It also mirrors the humility and purity of Mama Mary. Wearing a Mantilla also represents the women’s role as a life-bearing vessel. Though it is no longer a requirement to cover one’s head during the Mass, it is encouraged by the Church as a symbol of our devotion, adoration, and respect before our God.

I love it. It looks exactly like the photo. Excellent quality material sturdy feeling. Very nice I’m glad I bought this. I wish it were longer as I have long hair. Maybe you can make longer ones too.

Beautiful church veil
This is a beautiful veil that sits just right. It light and I love the detail on the edges it frames my face in a very pretty way. I need to find a way to attach a small comb to hold in place. I really like the shape.

Elegant, sturdy, and worth it.
The only not so great thing about this veil is that the lace trim does NOT fully cover the nylon mesh edge. A few minutes and some careful work with my fabric scissors fixed that, though.The clips (there are two) are not sewn on, but they're easy to place and are sturdy.The deacon who blessed my viel was amazed at how beautiful if is, even folded up.This is by far the best veil I've ever purchased or worn. Very beautiful, worth the price, sturdy, and elegant.
