Q: is the size of this duffle considered a carry on??

23.5L x 12W x 11H is the size of the bag as it states w/info on the bag.

Q: What are the dimensions of the containers and the capacity? Can you remove the shelves individually to allow for taller containers?

The containers are approximately 6 x 4 inces. THey can hold a small meal, ideal if you9 are eating 4 to 6 timers a day. The shelves are fixed and cannot be adjusted unless you cut one out permanently.

Q: Do the 24 oz containers fit inside?

The inside dividers are snap on and off. You can take them out and fit the 24 ounce. The ones that come with it a kinda small for men meals but prob be fine for women since we guys eat alot more

Q: How does this compare in size to the Merc duffle? I have the Merc now but it’s not big enough.

Not familiar with Merc but dimensions for beast is 24x12x12. A third of the length taken up by the food compartment.
