Monster Hunter 4(Japan Import)(Does not work on USA 3DS/DSI/X)

I am MiYaku Gaming from YouTube, please be warned this is a Japanese only game and is not in English at all, it will not play on an English 3DS regardless of model, you are warned.When I got it in the mail, I tried it out for a while apart from Translating Japanese to English for my other projects and I enjoy the game somewhat, it has interesting 3D Effects and has nice character customization which is a plus!It's got that Final Fantasy pre-rendered movies going on, I prefer the Ocarina of Time way of cut-scenes, real time.I haven't played too much yet, but I will be exploring it more soon.If you are learning Japanese, be aware there is no Furigana, this might be for the intermediate to upper intermediate level of Japanese.The game case came with the manual, slips for scanning a QR Code for a free game and the game itself, great delivery!

I bought a Japanese 3DS specifically so I could play this game. There are quite a few wikis, walkthroughs, and translations posted online, so the language issues aren't too bad. I don't speak any Japanese, but the icons are so close to the MH3 that if I find myself struggling too badly, I can fire up MH3 on my US 3DS and cross check the icons there. (Yeah, typical of MH, it's pretty much the previous version of monster hunter with a few tiny modifications.) It was quite tricky figuring out how to level up my insect glaive, but this game is soo worth it just for the insect glaive and the removal of underwater combat. I also enjoy the great forest. As of writing this, there is no miiverse integration, you can't even launch miiverse with the game open.When this game is finally available in the US, I'll probably buy another copy just so I can play multi player with friends.

Great game for those who love the monster hunter series. I can't read a lick of Japanese so I use the internet for help. The jumping in game makes a HUGE difference and makes the game much more fun. Ignore the people complaining that it's in Japanese. OF COURSE it is!! Why else would they charge so much for a 3ds game?? Also, anyone with half a brain who plays games would know this isn't it in the states yet. Do your research people and stop blaming the seller who's actually providing a great service for those who want to play early!!! And no I'm not the seller. :P

I am so glad to get this MH4. so I am waiting for next MH4G on this Fall 2014. many people on Twitch.tv talking about MH4 is very recommending. because MH4 will help you to practice on everything on a quest and online too.. until when they release MH4 Ultimate in Early 2015 for the USA. as make easy to way to beat whole the quest.I don't care about the japanese language. there have a guide on the website for English of MH4.

Very fun game, came as expected and very cheap. I'd suggest this game to anyone with a Japanese 3ds, a lot of time can be put in and enjoyed.

My sons seem to enjoy playing this software every day. I also have played Monsterhunter tri on Wii. As a new feature of the software, new monsters have increased in Monsterhunter4 and your character can ride on a monster to operate the monster.

Amazing game, came faster than expected.Make sure to have a Japanese 3DS to play this game. It came in great condition (new).I highly recommend it.

1000円もしない圧倒的なお手頃価格でモンハンができるだなんて！ゲームにはどうしても人によって好みや得意不得意があると思うので、お値段も安いですし、迷ったのなら購入してはいかがでしょうか。私にとって初めてのモンハンシリーズ。知人からの支持評判の良さ口コミの多さからずっと前から気になってはいたのですが、他にもやりたいゲームがあったりしてなかなか購入まで至らなかったのですが、ついにプレイすることができました。チュートリアルで優しく教えてくれるので取扱説明書を念入りに読んで勉強しなくてもいいですし、操作も難しくなく徐々に慣れますし、武器が多くて迷ってしまうのがまた楽しいですし、序盤はどうしても倒せなかった強いモンスターも、自分自身の作戦や努力によっていずれ倒せるようになります。倒せた時の喜びや達成感は普段の日常では感じられないほどです。狩ったモンスターの肉を美味しく食べられるように焼くあの楽しさ、オトモアイルー（狩りのサポートをしてくれる猫）達の可愛さ等、ほのぼのさも感じられます。先程も申し上げましたが、やはり人によって好みがあると思います。主観的になってしまいますが、これまでスマホ用MMORPGをそこそこやっていたこともあって、どうしても特別な面白み新鮮さが感じられず、プレイ時間30時間レベル5のところで飽きてやめてしまいました。ですが楽しさもたくさん感じられたので、初めてのモンハン‥モンハン4に出会えて良かったなぁと心から思えます。お手頃価格ですし、お試し感覚でも、買う価値はありだと思います。
