Cloves are mainly used for baking but they have great medicinal value too.

I not only used this for baking and cooking but also sprinkled it in the my garage and it get rid of the field mice! Definitely purchase this again!

Tastes and looks good, tastes potent, and it's certified organic.The packaging is a little strange - a plastic zip-lock bag with asheet of thin silver plastic (I assume) over the front and backof the bag for labeling. The thin silver sheets want to peel offsoon as you open the bag. Not really an issue, but seems a bitshoddy & flimsy. But the cloves inside taste & look very nice, &potent.The cloves were shipped from Ontario, Canada, to my place in GA.Not sure if that's why it took a while for them to arrive.

The bag that this came in, kind of just starts peeling off and there's a weird slime or glue like residue that gets all over your hand. Cloves are good. Smell and tastes good though!

I must admit CLOVE is not one of my favorite spices. This stuff however has a lovely sweetness to it, that makes it more palatable. One half teaspoon of this in one cup of semi-hot water before breakfast, lunch and supper, will cut your appetite in half. Plus you will have lovely fresh breath all day. Excellent pricing for this large bag. Don't forget to cook with it as well. Small amounts added to soups, sauces and chinese dishes add that special flavor. I highly recommend.☺

No debris in this clove mixture so far. Just clove-y goodness.It's so finely ground it can burn your mouth a bit. I can taste the potency.
