Great for travel on airplaneHowever The handles that the rubber bands are attached to our very rough and they chafe my hands. Hopefully the manufacturer will find a way to coat the handles so that when my hands are in them they do not cheat or hurt my hands. Otherwise it is an excellent product.

I have been using it for a why now. My last set didn’t have resistance labeled on themso I really like this detail on these bands. Quality is way better than my last set as well. Comes with a bag for each storage. Awesome bands.

I have really enjoyed using the resistance loop bands as well as the 2 dual sided core sliders. They are great quality and have definitely made my workouts more effective as well as more fun.

I bought these bands for use as a training device.These seem like they will last a while and are easy to use. They are very convenient to use, especially if you travel. I can adjust the amount of weight or resistance by the color of the bands . Great for building strength by doing more reps with less weight.An excellent product, used almost daily, both at home and on the road. Highly recommended for seniors for stretches/ strengthening/ workouts.

This was a nice product for beginner but I really need a heavier weight I wish I had bought the set for men or it seemed like it was for men it was that a lot more weight on each I resistant bands I thought it was a bit heavy so I didn't get them but when I need to replace them I will get the heavier set I am not a novice.

Good bands. Like the weight labels on them. The different colors designating resistance level is helpful. Easy to travel with because it comes with a pouch. Quality and construction seems solid. Exactly what I was looking for and well made. Very satisfied.

Nice product and great quality. All package is really organized in a beautiful box. I asked for red color and it came in gray but for the rest, very nice!!! 😃 The color will not be a limit for working out. Support this company and buy them!

The product is the same as it looks on the page. It's unbelievable how much stuff is in such a small bag. Bands are excellent quality and the handles are very comfortable to grip. Definitely recommend!
