looks cool and protects my bumper
got this so i could back into parking spaces with reckless abandon and not hit my bumper or gate on the parking garage wall, aint nobody got time for backup cameras..Plus looks cool like, my lifted 4x4 pavement princess actually does something besides driving me to the airport.

Good Product
I was a bit worried ordering this product as some of the reviews said that the shackle fit's loose in the 2 inch receiver, that was not the case in mine it fits just fine with a little room to spare. I love the white color to go with my car although I do not know how long the color will last in the Nevada heat, still looks cool though. It's comes in a nice box with all the necessary hard wear, 4 keys for the lock and two spring clips, I am a bit OCD and hate losing things so I safety wired my spring clips to the bolt and my receiver.Shipping was a bit slower but due to the whole Covid thing I was not really in a hurry, although I do miss my two day delivery.

Happy Camper
I purchased this for my double cab Toyota Tundra, which I use for overlanding camping trips. I don’t necessarily want to have to use it, but it appears to be a quality item & should hold up if I need to use it. The protective sleeve is a thoughtful touch, but I suspect it is the weakest component. I appreciate that it includes a locking hitch pin, as recovery tools like this, seem to “walk off” in parking lots. I plan to get another for winters, to keep in my wife’s Land Cruiser - we live in CO & find ourselves recovering newbs-to-snow, out of ditches and deep gutters.

Great product, BUT I have mixed feelings
It’s is a great product overall, but with a few flaws. The lock and lock rod is showing some rust after 3 months of ownership, when they claim it double protected against rust. Also, the pin holding the side nut broke off and the nut itself somehow came undone. Thankfully this happened in my neighborhood and not in the highway and smashed someone’s windshield. These are the reasons why I have mixed feelings about this product, because when it’s on it looks great and works great, but I wouldn’t want it to come undone by itself.

Awesome hitch receiver
Love this hitch tow hook. After seeing half my neighbors get their cars stuck in the recent monster snowstorm in Colorado I was wishing I had something easy to attach to my truck to help pull them out. This is just perfect. Very high quality and very nice packaging. Love that it locks so I don’t have to worry about it being stolen. Also purchased a tow rope so I’m ready to help extract stuck people or I guess be saved if the situation is reversed. There is a bolt to take off the hooking part also, so if you already have a looped rope you can easily attach it. The red color is very nice and matches the “FX4” graphics on my Ford

Solid option for the price
Like others have mentioned, the fit into a 2in receiver seems like it has a bit more play than it should. Seems to be a loose fit, but maybe that’s normal? I’m also slightly worried about the cotter pin, it pulls out really easy. Think I’m gonna put some loctite on the bolt and replace the pin with something else (not sure what yet). But overall quality seems solid and I dig the color options.

Amazing
I ordered this on a Monday it was here by lunch on Tuesday the next day. It came very well packaged in a padded box with all the parts. It was an easy install and it looks amazing. I love this hitch. Very solid. I highly recommend this product.*I had to include the tire cover for attention ☺️

Update: Love the shackle, concerned about quality.
I've had this for roughly three months and absolutely love the aesthetics (though I've thankfully not had to use it/put a load on it). It feels substantial and sturdy, and I would have no qualms about using it for recovery. However, recently, the nut and cotter pin that secure the bolt and shackle fell off my vehicle while driving. I only noticed this when I returned home and noticed the bolt half off and the shackle perilously close to falling off the hitch—thankfully this did not happen, though it would have been a huge road safety hazard if it had. I've reached out to AMBULL and hope they're able to send me replacement parts so that I can put it all back together. If not, then this will have been a bit of a wasted purchase.Update: to their credit, AMBULL were quick to offer a warranty refund. I just read another review of someone experiencing the same problem. I think a better quality cotter pin would fix the issue. I’m sure I can find replacement parts at Home Depot, in that case, and be back on the road.
